By placing an order with Imagipop you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing. If you have questions, visit our contact page before ordering.

About Imagipop

Imagipop is a custom food-printing service that prints customer-supplied photos onto 3-inch lollipops using FDA-compliant edible ink. Imagipop is operated from the United States and ships within the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Orders and minimum quantities

All orders are placed in multiples of 9 lollipops, which corresponds to one printed sheet. The minimum order is 9 pops. We do not accept orders for fewer than 9 pops.

Orders are custom-made to your specification and begin production after payment clears through PayPal. Because every order is personalised, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.

Your photo and image requirements

You are responsible for the photo you upload. By submitting an image you confirm that:

• You own the image or have the legal right to reproduce it
• The image does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party
• The image does not depict anything illegal, offensive, defamatory, or obscene
• You have the consent of any identifiable person depicted in the image

We reserve the right to refuse to print any image at our sole discretion. If we refuse your image we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We will not print images of celebrities, trademarked characters, sports logos, or any other copyrighted material that you do not own. This includes images sourced from the internet, social media, or other websites unless you are the original creator.

Print quality

Print quality depends significantly on the quality of the photo you submit. We recommend clear, well-lit photos with the subject filling the frame. We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution, blurry, or dark photos.

Colours on screen may differ slightly from printed colours due to the nature of edible ink printing. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.

White lollipops provide the best colour reproduction. Printing on dark-coloured lollipops such as black or purple may result in reduced colour vibrancy. This is a characteristic of the medium and not a manufacturing defect.

Payment

All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your payment details. Your order is not confirmed until payment has cleared.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Customers outside the US are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping and delivery

Standard orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of payment clearing. Rush options may be available -- contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders damaged in transit.

Food safety and allergens

All edible inks and frosting sheets used by Imagipop are FDA-compliant, gluten-free, and kosher. However, our products are prepared in a facility that may process other food items.

If you have specific food allergies or dietary restrictions please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Lollipops are a choking hazard. Keep away from children under 3 years of age.

Shelf life and storage

Imagipops typically remain fresh for 4 to 6 weeks when stored individually wrapped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Humidity may cause the candy surface to become sticky or the printed image to deteriorate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagipop's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Intellectual property

The Imagipop name and brand are the property of their owner. Unauthorised use of the Imagipop name, logo, or brand assets is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Imagipop operates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
