• The photo you upload for printing
• Your order details and payment confirmation from PayPal

We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. All payments are processed directly by PayPal and are subject to their privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Process and fulfil your order
• Send you an order confirmation email
• Contact you if there is a problem with your order
• Ship your lollipops to the address you provided

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your uploaded photos

Photos you upload are used exclusively to print your lollipops. We store your cropped image file on our server for the purpose of processing your order. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, display them publicly, or share them with any third party.

Order files are retained for a reasonable period to allow us to resolve any issues with your order, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your order session while you use the creator tool. This cookie expires when you close your browser. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data about page visits and does not identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Our site uses HTTPS encryption. Database access is restricted and credentials are stored securely outside the web-accessible directory.

Third parties

We use PayPal to process payments. When you check out you are redirected to PayPal's secure payment system. PayPal's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy.

Children's privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
