What photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos with a simple background print best. Faces should be well-lit and in focus. Close-ups work great. Logos and artwork also print beautifully. If your photo is blurry or very dark we’ll let you know before printing.
What are the pop colours and flavours?
We offer nine opaque colours: Hot Pink (bubblegum), Orange (orange), Blue (blue raspberry), Cherry Red (cherry), Green (green apple), White (toasted marshmallow — our bestseller), Black (black cherry), Purple (grape), and Yellow (lemon). See the full flavors page for details.
Why minimum 9 pops?
We print 9 circles per frosting sheet. Printing fewer would mean wasting most of a sheet and charging you more per pop for it. The 9-pop minimum keeps quality high and costs fair.
Can I mix different photos in one order?
Yes! Yes. Each sheet of 9 pops prints one image, but you can use a different photo on each sheet within the same order. You can also request mixed lollipop colours within a sheet at no extra charge. We lay them all up on the sheets and print together, so there’s no extra cost for mixing.
How long do the pops last?
Individually wrapped Imagipops typically stay fresh for 4–6 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They do not need refrigeration.
Is the ink safe to eat?
Absolutely. We use FDA-compliant edible ink printed onto food-safe frosting sheets. All materials are gluten-free and kosher. The ink is essentially food colouring.
How fast will my order ship?
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Rush options are available for most US addresses — mention your event date when ordering and we’ll confirm if we can hit it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US only. International shipping is something we’re working on — get in touch if you’re outside the US and we’ll see what we can do.

Quick answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, bulk pricing and event requests.

What is the minimum for a bulk order?

Our bulk pricing starts at 90 lollipops -- 10 sheets of 9 pops each -- at $7 per pop. For orders of 9 to 89 pops, the standard price is $8 per pop. Orders of 180 or more qualify for $6.50 per pop. See our bulk orders page for full details.

Can I mix different photos in one order?

Yes. Each sheet of 9 prints one image, but you can use a different photo on each sheet within the same order. You can also request mixed lollipop colours within a sheet -- just leave a note at checkout and we will sort it.

How far ahead should I order for a wedding or event?

We recommend at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event. Standard production and shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. For large orders of 180 or more pops, allow 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, email us first and we will confirm what is possible.

Can you print our company logo for a corporate event?

Absolutely. We print logos, product artwork, headshots and brand graphics. White opaque lollipops give the sharpest logo colour reproduction. Submit your file as a JPG or PNG at the highest resolution you have to events@imagipop.com.

Do you ship to Canada and Mexico?

Yes. We ship to the US, Canada and Mexico. US domestic orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Canadian and Mexican orders take longer and may be subject to customs processing. Contact us for a shipping quote on large international orders.

Can I get different lollipop colours in the same order?

Yes. You can use different candy colours across sheets, and you can also request a mixed colour sheet where each of the 9 pops is a different colour. Just include your preferred colour mix in the notes at checkout.

Is there a discount for very large orders?

The large bulk rate of $6.50 per pop applies at 180 or more pops. For very large orders of 500 or more, email us at events@imagipop.com for a custom quote -- we can often accommodate further savings at that volume.

How are lollipops packaged for events?

Every lollipop is individually wrapped and sealed before shipping. Bulk orders are packed carefully for transit. If you need custom display packaging, ribbon tying or event-ready gift bags, contact us before placing your order and we will discuss what is possible.
