Refund Policy

Effective date: April 2026

Every Imagipop is made by hand to your specific order. Because our products are personalised and perishable, our refund policy reflects that reality. We think it is fair and we stand behind our work.

The short version

If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, we will make it right -- either with a reprint or a full refund. If you changed your mind or submitted a poor-quality photo, we cannot offer a refund. When in doubt, email us before ordering.

We will refund or reprint if...

  • Your order arrived damaged in transit
  • We printed the wrong image or colour
  • Your order was lost in the mail
  • We refused to print your image after payment
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

We cannot refund if...

  • You changed your mind after production began
  • Your photo was blurry, dark, or low resolution
  • You ordered the wrong colour or quantity
  • Minor colour variation from screen to print
  • The pops were not stored correctly after delivery

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@imagipop.com. Please include:

  • Your order details or the email address used to order
  • A photo of the damaged pops
  • A photo of the packaging if the box itself was damaged

We will assess the damage and either reprint and reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund -- your choice.

Wrong order

If we printed the wrong image, wrong colour, or wrong quantity, that is entirely on us. Contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will reprint your correct order and ship it at no additional cost.

Lost in transit

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping notification email, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund if the order cannot be located.

Photo quality

Print quality depends on the photo you submit. We print what you give us. If your photo was blurry, poorly lit, or very small and the pops look that way, we are not able to offer a refund. We strongly recommend reviewing the photo quality tips on our story page before ordering.

If you are unsure whether your photo will print well, email it to us at hello@imagipop.com before placing your order and we will give you an honest assessment.

Cancellations

Because each order is custom-made, we begin production quickly after payment clears. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@imagipop.com. If production has not yet begun we will cancel and refund in full. Once printing has started we are unable to cancel.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original PayPal payment method. PayPal typically processes refunds within 3 to 5 business days. We do not issue refunds in any other form.

Email us at hello@imagipop.com and explain what happened. We are reasonable people and we want every customer to be happy with their order. We will always try to find a fair solution.
